Katelyn has structured more than 25 venture capital deals with demonstrated success and deployed $50+ million. Her career spans multiple facets of venture capital, from early-stage investments to growth equity, with particular expertise in healthcare and insurtech markets.

Katelyn serves as an active advisor to multiple health systems' innovation and investment programs. Her diverse and extensive experience managing funds, advising, mentoring and leading means she knows firsthand what it takes to make a strategic fund a success.

Jeff is a seasoned investor, board director (Corporate & Non-Profit), C-Suite operational executive, and entrepreneur, with more than 25 years of high-growth investment and board experience in regulated industries. Jeff, who has his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, has established himself as a trusted advisor and board member for organizations ranging from startups to multibillion-dollar public companies.

Known for his strategic vision and operational excellence, Jeff has a proven track record of scaling regulated businesses, including growing Bally's revenue from $100M to $4.5B+. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to identify opportunities, execute complex transactions, and drive sustainable growth across diverse business environments.

Jeff has participated in more than $4B in debt and equity financings and completed over 35 M&A transactions ranging from $10M to $2.4B. His expertise in corporate governance, crisis management, and organizational transformation has made him a valued advisor and board member for companies navigating significant change and seeking accelerated growth.

Brian has more than 25 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, with deep connections across hospital associations, provider groups, pharmacy associations, and hospital systems. He has a proven track record operating and launching healthcare companies and is an expert in brokering strategic business developments.

Brian is CEO & Founder of Affiliated Enterprise Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm that works to bring business solutions to healthcare trade associations and their members. He works with healthcare organizations across the United States, focusing on developing and managing non-dues revenue programs for not-for-profit hospital and healthcare associations.
